Shipping policy

Lotte Duty Free Pay & Pick-Up Point does not ship/mail nor deliver merchandise to customers at any physical or mailing address on Guam or overseas.  Customers must come to our Pay & Pick-Up Point shop in the East Ticket Lobby of Guam International Airport to personally pay and collect their selection of merchandise.
