All sales at Lotte Duty Free Pay and Pick-Up Shopping Service are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-RETURNABLE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your selected items at the Pay & Pick-Up Point Shop BEFORE paying to make sure the items are not defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Once a sale transaction is completed and items are taken home, we cannot entertain any refunds, exchanges or returns.
